F&CC has teamed up with its farm partner to present its annual Nourish our Neighbors Hunger Relief Fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $35,000 to provide 100 complimentary farm shares to local food insecure families. A farm share provides each recipient family with farm fresh fruits, vegetables and essential groceries
