F&CC teamed up with its farm partner to present its annual Nourish our Neighbors Hunger Relief Fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $35,000 to provide 100 complimentary farm shares to local food insecure families. A farm share provides farm fresh fruits, vegetables and essential groceries to each recipient family.
